No. The Creator Program is separate from LAM Lab careers. It is a brief-based program for independent creators. Scope, acceptance criteria, and compensation are confirmed before paid work begins.
Written posts, carousels, short-form video, longer video, explainers, interviews, and other formats that fit the brief and your platform.
We care about clear thinking, a distinct point of view, and consistent execution. Include links that show how you communicate, whether your audience is established or still growing.
Compensation is agreed for each paid brief. Once work is approved, earnings are recorded in your creator workspace. You can request your available balance and follow its status there.
Not necessarily. Curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to make complex ideas feel human matter most. Specialized expertise is helpful for certain briefs.
